ECE Teacher Coaching

Individualized coaching, provides teachers with 1-on-1 time to build a relationship with a coach, set professional goals and grow. Coaching contracts will consist of joint planning, observations, action & practice, reflection, and feedback to facilitate growth and progress.

Behavior Coaching

As a former Early Childhood Special Education teacher and Registered Behavior Therapist, and with training in ABA, I have the science and experience to support and give effective and PRACTICAL behavior interventions for toddlers, preschool and preK students. I've been a classroom teacher, so I understand the reality of needing help and the resources that are available. I focus on preventative and teaching strategies but also support the "I need it now" situations for existing challenging behavior you may have.

RBPD Coaching

RBPD: Relationship Based Professional Development coaching, accredited by the Office of Early Childhood, PDIS certified coach. Coaching hours will count towards the hours for Colorado Shines Workforce Qualifications (section 1.15). RBPD is strength based, data driven coaching, focusing on growth in the classroom with studnets, colleagues, familes and communiites.

ECHO Coaching

I am also an ECHO (Early Childhood Health Outdoors) coach through the Nation Wildlife Federation. I provide coaching on building outdoor spaces. If you want to completely rebuild your outdoor space or slowly make changes, we can transform your outdoor areas into magical learning and community building spaces.
