Individual Student Behavior Support
After student observations and teacher interviews, the student's team will collaborate to create a practical, positive, behavior plan. Behavior plans are based on the function of the problem behavior, establishing replacement behaviors, an education plan, and reinforcement and reactive procedures.

Classroom Behavior Support and Classroom Management
After classroom observations and teacher interviews, the classroom team will collaborate to set classroom goals and create a practical, positive, behavior system. Behavior systems are based on the behavior goals for teachers, the challenging behaviors, classroom expectations, student development and classroom reinforcement and reactive procedures.
Basics of Behavior Professional Development training
Part 1: "Understanding How Behavior Works" A detailed training about behavior. We will discuss the ABC's of behavior, the functions of behavior, reinforcers, extinction bursts, and more! This is a GREAT training for preventative and reactive behavior.
Part 2: "Using Data to Facilitate Change" Building on Part 1, part 2 looks at behavior data and intervention process, types of data collection and how to use it. This is a REAL LIFE course that I ask you to bring ACTUAL ABC data so you can analyze it and walk away with new material AND answers to a challenging behavior that you see in your own program.
